Love this morning ritual. I now crave this drink as soon as I get up.
I am 47 started this drink to help with the Perry menopausal symptoms.
I now have

Feel better less brain fog

I didnt put my hopes high with the taste. It has all those nutrients healthy ingridients plus a high grade matcha taste. I loved it. Im a matcha fan i put 1 and half scoop. I also added the ashwaghanda lions mane and creatine powder still no change in taste. you add a little tiny of each. Honestly the price is a bit too much. Id love if they do more offers so i can afford to buy all the time. Hope to see more benefits as i finish my packet. I will try dirty match with the coffee powder added tomorrow. Thank you reformed
