Reformed began with a simple frustration: too many products ask for trust they have not earned. Ingredient lists that require decoding. Flavours engineered to distract from what is underneath. We wanted something plainer, and more demanding of itself.
So we set two conditions. Every ingredient would be one we could name and explain. And it had to taste, unmistakably, like coffee — good coffee, properly roasted — rather than a confection dressed as one.
Meeting both took two years and thirty-seven iterations. What you are holding is the one that satisfied us.
