I have an under active thyroid and done some digging and research.
Turns out levythyroxine medication only does so much to help. But you need amino acids to kick start everything.
And actually help your thyroid health.
Put it this way if I don't have my reformed matcha a day I feel it.
I can't see myself going back now. It tastes amazing. The best tasting I have tried. And there's been a fair few.
I pair mine with semi oat milk.
Great product. Will remain one of my staples.

I recently bought this for the first time having never had matcha. At first i wasnt sure, but once i started to make it properly (Side note: i add my spoonful to a cup then a dash of boiling water to froth with first, THEN i add the milk and ice cubes and this has made it sooo much better. No bits at all!!!) im loving it. The main benefit i have noticed is that when my alarm goes off every morning, i no longer find it hard and painful to open my eyes and feel awake. Im sleeping deeply but as soon as my alarm goes off i feel alert and ready to wake up. Loving this so much!

I’ve been having the ceremonial matcha now for about 8 months every single day and I really enjoy it!
I mix it with half coconut milk and half water, either hot or cold. It doesn’t break my fast and it keeps me full until lunchtime. Not sure if I’ve noticed much difference to my skin or hair but the fact I enjoy drinking it I will continue todo so ☺️

One scoop isn't enough per 300ml bottle. Two is better but that's costly. So what I do is mix a whole jar of the best instant coffee I can find with one bag of this stuff. That makes it taste so much better and only uses one scoop. VS two a serving. It means I can make one bag mixed with a good instant coffee last a month or more even having it daily.
