Member Content Terms

Last updated: 30 September 2026

1. About these terms

These terms apply to anything you share in the Reformed VIP Community app (the "Community").

The Community is operated by Reform Technologies Ltd, company number 15034349, VAT number GB 456 5229 76, registered office 57A Bedford Avenue, London, WC1B 3AD, United Kingdom ("Reformed", "we", "us"). By joining the Community, you agree to these terms, alongside our General Terms and Privacy Policy.

2. Member Content

"Member Content" means any photos, videos, audio, text, reviews, comments, messages, or other material you post, upload, or share in the Community. You keep ownership of your Member Content.

3. Licence to Reformed

By sharing Member Content, you grant Reformed and its group companies a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive licence to use it. We may also sub-license it, including to agencies and partners working on our behalf.

The licence covers the right to use, reproduce, edit, adapt, crop, combine with other material, publish, display, and distribute your Member Content. We may do this in any format and any media now known or developed in future. This includes our website, apps, social media, email, in-studio displays, and printed materials, for marketing, promotional, and community purposes.

4. Name and likeness

You agree that we may use your first name, username, image, voice, and likeness as they appear in your Member Content, in connection with the uses in section 3. We will ask for your permission before using your content in paid advertising.

5. No payment

You will not receive any payment, royalty, or other compensation for our use of your Member Content.

6. Moral rights

To the extent permitted by law, you waive any moral rights you have in your Member Content. This includes the right to be identified as its author, and the right to object to edits we make to it within the uses described in section 3.

7. Your promises

When you share Member Content, you confirm that:

  1. it is your own original content, or you have all the permissions needed to share it and grant the licence above;
  2. everyone identifiable in it has agreed to it being shared and used by Reformed under these terms;
  3. it does not feature anyone under 18, unless you are their parent or legal guardian and you consent to its use under these terms; and
  4. it does not infringe anyone's rights or break any law or our Community Guidelines.

You agree to be responsible for any loss we suffer as a result of a breach of these promises.

8. Removing content and withdrawing permission

You can delete your Member Content from the Community at any time. You can also ask us to stop using it in future marketing by emailing support@feelreformed.com. We will stop using it in new materials within 30 days.

We are not required to remove or recall materials already published, distributed, or in production at the time of your request. Examples include existing social media posts, emails already sent, and printed items.

9. Our rights

We are not obliged to use any Member Content. We may remove or refuse any Member Content at our discretion, including content that breaches these terms or our Community Guidelines.

10. Personal data

We process any personal data in your Member Content in line with our Privacy Policy. Nothing in these terms affects your rights under data protection law.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will tell you through the Community. The updated terms will apply to content shared after the change.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
