We ship to the whole of the United Kingdom. We aren't currently shipping to mainland Europe or Ireland.

Our standard delivery service to the UK costs £3.95 for any one-off orders.

Our standard delivery service via Royal Mail takes between 2 to 3 days to arrive at your door.

We are currently not available in any UK coffee establishments or nearby stores, but are actively seeking suitable partners in the UK.

You can easily change, swap products, delay deliveries or cancel your subscription by logging into your account or contacting us.

Yes, you can change your delivery frequency at any time to 30, 60 or 90 days. Simply visit your account page navigate to your subscriptions and change the frequency.

Sure you can. Navigate to account and click on Manage to access your subscription detail. From here you can manage if you want to delay or even skip a particular shipment.

To cancel your subscription, simply log in to your Reformed Account and access your subscription details by clicking on Manage. From there, click on the subscription you wish to cancel, scroll down to the bottom of the details, and select Cancel Subscription. Please note that the process can be completed in just a few clicks.

You definitely can. Just head over to our shop and choose the "Try Once" option for any of our products.

We accept returns on all orders of unopened, unused and undamaged items within 30 days of the purchase date. We also accept claims of malfunctioning frothers within 1 year of the purchase date.

To start a return, please email us at support@feelreformed.com and we will help you get your return process started.

Please carefully pack your Reformed items for return, adding sufficient cushioning and using a sturdy parcel to guarantee their safe arrival at our facility. Any open or damaged items upon arrival will result in the loss of approved refund or replacement.

Refunds will be made only in the form of the original payment and can take up to 10 days to appear back in your account.
