What collagen options are there?
Three. Marine collagen, which comes from fish and sits in our matcha blends. Bovine collagen, which goes into the coffee and mocha. And a vegan option made with plant based collagen peptides for anyone who doesn't take animal products, available in both matcha and black coffee. You pick the one that suits you when you build your order.
Are there allergens or dairy I should know about?
The blends are free from dairy, since we use coconut milk powder for creaminess rather than milk. The only common allergen across the range is fish, which is in the marine collagen used in some matcha blends. If you have a fish allergy, the vegan and bovine blends are for you. Full ingredient and allergen detail sits on every product page.
How much caffeine is in it?
Roughly what you'd expect from the drink itself. The coffee blends give you a normal coffee lift, the matcha gives a steadier, calmer energy without the spike and crash, and the mocha sits somewhere in between. If you want the ritual without the caffeine, we make a decaf coffee too.
What can I add to my coffee or matcha?
Two kinds of add-on. Functional ones like creatine, lion's mane, chaga, tremella and ashwagandha, for when you want to lean into a particular benefit. And flavour ones like salted vanilla, blueberry and coconut, for when you fancy mixing things up. Both stir straight into your daily cup.
How to use it?
How do I make it?
One serving into your cup, add hot or cold water or milk, and froth. The electric frother in your starter pack mixes everything in seconds with no clumps. That's the whole ritual.
How long does a pouch last?
Each pouch is built to last the full month at one serving a day, so a fresh one lands before you run out. Matcha pouches are 286g, black coffee is 414g and mocha is 484g.
When and how should I drink it?
Most people make it their first drink of the day, in place of their usual coffee or matcha, hot in winter and over ice through summer. There's no wrong time though. If you like an afternoon cup, the decaf is a smart shout so it doesn't get in the way of sleep.
Can I have more than one serving a day?
You can. One a day covers the functional benefits, but plenty of people have a second simply because they enjoy it. If you're on the creatine blends, just keep an eye on your total daily creatine if you're having it elsewhere too.
Can I drink it if I'm pregnant or breastfeeding?
The blends contain caffeine and functional ingredients, so if you're pregnant, breastfeeding or managing a health condition, have a quick word with your doctor before you start. Our decaf is the lower caffeine option if that helps.
Does it expire ?
Yes. Your Pouch should be used within 90 days of opening. If unopened, please refer to the expiration date listed on the packaging.
How do I clean my Glass Bottle?
To clean your glass bottle we would recommend placing it on the top shelf of your dishwasher, or hand washing with the lid in warm soapy water and rinsing well before use.

How does the subscription work?
Reformed is a monthly subscription. Your first delivery is a starter pack with everything you need to make it, then a fresh pouch arrives each month so you never run out. You can switch blend, swap flavour or adjust your add-ons from your account whenever you like, and it applies to your next delivery.
What comes in the starter pack?
Your first month includes a full month's pouch of your chosen blend plus the kit to make it properly: a glass bottle, an electric frother, and a metal can.
How do I track my order?

How can I change my delivery date or cadence?

Can I pause, skip or cancel?
Anytime, with no hoops to jump through. Going away or stocked up already? Skip a delivery. Want to stop altogether? Cancel from your account in a couple of clicks. Where do you ship from?
We currently ship right across the UK! Drop your email on the site and we'll let you know the moment we expand markets.
How long will it take to recive my order?
UK Orders typically arrive within (eg 3-5 business days.
How can I Unsubscribe from emails?
There is an unsubscribe button at the bottom of your emails to unsusbcribe for marketing emails. You will however still receive your transactional emails.
Something isn't right with my order. What do I do?
